People are starting to freak out. I am losing my optimism and patience with this team. Reds baseball is beyond frustrating. Not as bad as Bengals Football though. I still have faith in this team, but I'm not sure what they should do. They must hit and they haven't. When will Jay Bruce come up? How about Homer? Will Bronson ever pitch a good game? Will Phillips return to form? Which of the 7 centerfielders and 5 catchers should we keep? And lets fire the guy who brought in Brandon Phillips and Josh Hamilton for dirt cheap while we are trying to answer some of these questions.
However there are things we can be sure of:
Jeff Keppinger will hit the ball up the middle at least twice a game,
Phillips will swing out of his shoes every first pitch he sees.
Edwin will endanger children sitting behind first base and the ones in the left field seats.
Dunn will K, walk, and hit a solo homer if we are way behind.
Volquez will be most fun Reds pitcher to watch ever while throwing a change up he must have learned from Bugs Bunny.
You will get the JTM song stuck in your head. Forever. and ever. seriously. Forever.
